• Handle all incoming reservations on FIT & group Basis up to 50 Pax
• Send the offers along with all the related confirmations to the customers.
• Meet the deadlines set to the customers.
• Accompanying groups in their trips (domestic or international )
• Document all the taken actions based on the interactions with
either the customers or the suppliers.
• Tracking the direct payments to the hotels.
• Cancel or amend the existing reservations upon the customer
requests.
• Fill in both daily log & prospect business to all kind of business on a daily basis
• Close the files based on their final status.
• Assist in preparing the daily and the monthly reports
