Currently we have 2 Vacancies available for a Full-time site architect with responsibilities as follows:
-Revise project drawings
Project managing and helping to coordinate the work of the team.
-Meet with engineers and senior workers to evaluate the resources requirements, and prepare cost
estimates of the project.
-Prepare sketches and design proposals of the construction and evaluate ideas of improving the design.
-Visit construction sites and evaluate working progress.
-Maintain construction standards and create drawings for different clients.
-Measure heights, areas and maintain the required spaces assigned.
-Preparing and presenting site reports and design proposals to the client.
-Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
-Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
-Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
