Driver Support Representative
We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized Driver Support Representative to support the city’s driver operations team as we continue to grow our presence. This is a temp, part-time opportunity working with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
-You will act as the voice of Uber, spending your days on the front lines consulting to our driver partners addressing any questions or concerns and finding creative resolutions to problems
-Respond to driver support issues both in-person and over email promptly
-Work closely with the driver operations and logistics teams to streamline process
-Assist Driver Operations team with onboarding drivers onto the Uber system
-Strengthen and maintain the relationship with our driver partners by providing quality service
