Job Objective
To proactively determine and eliminate potential cause of quality failures by implement quality investigative Methodologies and protocols to drive corrective and preventive measures in Operations
Core Tasks
• Establish world class methodology to monitor all processing and packing of safe food on a day to day basis
• Ensure the investigation of NCNs are promptly and accurately addressed
• Ensure Consumer /Customer complaints as well as complaints from the Depots are investigated and promptly with accurate root cause analysis and corrective actions in Place to eliminate reoccurrence
• Trend and Analyze all consumer complaints and NCNs on weekly and monthly basis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Responsible for conducting HARA for all plant related projects and modification.
• Verification and validation of new equipment, processes and products
