- Establish a strong HR function to be able to serve the organization and the business professionally.
- Ability to establish a positive organizational culture through structured change management practices.
- Ability to work independently and in accordance with a strong understanding of all the applicable local laws / regulations, internal policies and guidelines of the company.
- Strong knowledge in ERP concepts and ability to automate all HR services to the maximum.
- Maintain the development and integrity of employment policies by providing managers and supervisors with guidance and interpretation of corporate policies, practices and procedures.
- Drive the implementation of the HR strategy in support of short and long-term business goals by building partnerships and alliances throughout the organization.
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business.

- Manages complex and difficult HR projects cross-functionally.
- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients.
- Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks.
- Participates personally in the sourcing and recruitment of the key talents for the business.
- Facilitates the management team to bring best HR services and solutions for the employees.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Take a leading role in developing the people knowledge towards all the company and HR systems.
- Designs and maintain organization charts as the performance of the business unit evolves and improves.
- Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes positive changes.
- Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Act as a strong member of the HR Management Team.
- Develops HR team members as they can become future HR Business Partners
- Selects, manages and leads a strong and professional team of HR employees.
