Job Purpose:
The scope of responsibility includes managing customers’ accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
The Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts within a defined sales territory as well as identifying new customer requirements for the company's products and services providing the necessary technical and pricing information to gain business with consultants. Also, represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
• Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
• Work with Sales Support Engineers & Pre Sales on all technical issues.
• Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
• Actively act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
• Leverage business from new and established relationships.
• Approaching potential Customers, providing them with products & solutions know-how and presentations for the entire company integrated solutions portfolio as follows: Infrastructure Layer Solutions, Communication Layer Solutions, Enterprise Layer Solutions, Compound Business Center Solution, Tenant Entertainment Solutions, Managed Services Solutions, Light Current Solutions and BMS Solution.
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
• Grow revenue through channel partner and direct client relationships
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company workforce.
