· Supervise the production operation and assure that all work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.
· Prepare the production plan on basis required by the job order and follow its implementation.
· Development and exploration of new production methods.
· Schedules, coordinates and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the maintenance.
· To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.
· Make the needed requisition for production material requirements and to ensure that materials are always adequate for the production process.
· Implements the safety program; ensures subordinates follow safety practices in work methods and procedures.
· Enforces proper safety procedures while working in dangerous situations; instructs subordinates to follow rules, regulations and safe work habits to avoid any potential hazards presented by their work environment.
Schedules and coordinates activities with other departments and divisions.
To ensure that plant machinery and equipment are properly operated.
