- • Report to Seniors, Team Leaders or Project Managers but with higher degree of independence as specified by supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with immediate team members and other teams.
• Proficient working knowledge and usage of Sites CAD manual.
• Highly experienced in drafting and producing accurate drawing from sketches.
• Collect and analyze information on, e.g. design requirements; codes, laws and regulations; materials, fixtures, furniture, and equipment's; visuals.
• High level assistance in conducting site analysis on, e.g. topography and slopes analysis; constraints and potentials; visual analysis; approaches and accessibility and vicinity.
• Demonstrate and apply quality control of specification sections and drawings.
• Demonstrate rational design approaches and innovative concepts.
• Apply acquired knowledge in landscape design process to their work assignments.
• Attend client's meetings with Project Manager (PM) and be the note taker.
• Participate in upper management and client presentations.
• Maintains computer and related files on assigned projects.
• Other responsibilities as seen fit by PM or upper management.
