Principal Accountabilities::
· Annually review and recommend to executive management improvements to MNHD’s policies,
procedures and practices
· Lead the development of MNHD’s organizational objectives through providing assistance to executive management in setting their annual objectives according to MNHD vision
· Ensure compliance with legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation;anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
· Managing the operational cost of the HR division
· Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.
· Manage the training needs analysis process and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads.
· Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods
· Co-ordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR
team.
· Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
· Regularly review the company’s pay scale to keep the company from falling behind the market
· Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of the organization.
· Prepare and review operational reports, schedules and budget control to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
· Set goals and deadlines for the division.
· Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
· Manager the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained in addition
to the company’s several work sites.
· Manager the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, electrical systems and other
facilities across the different work sites.
· Supervises the work of the HR and Administrative Affairs division staff which consist of around 200 employees
