Job Description: Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
Required Experience: candidate for this job must have bachelor degree in related field, 2+ years of hands on administrative support experience, proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must, knowledge of operating standard office equipment, excellent communication skills - written and verbal, ability to prioritize tasks and strong problem solving skills and good research skills and attention to detail. And proficiency of Arabic and English languages.
