Archirodon is hiring for the position of Project Controls Managers to be located in Egypt. This position will contribute throughout the entire life cycle of the projects, from start up through project closeout, the successful candidate will be:
- Responsible for all aspects of projects controls support for key strategic pursuits and project start-ups.
- Collaborate with the tendering, project management and other key functions.
- Responsible for building an organization of professionals as the business grows.
- Developing and managing project controls professionals for the department to include: project controls engineers, and planners.
- Drafts project-specific project controls procedures to ensure the project meets cost/budget as per contract requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiates project list(s) of deliverables including those for project procedures and plans, engineering, procurement, material submittals, method statements etc.
- Drafting subcontract agreements and negotiating subcontract prices.
- Administration of related correspondences, measurements, payment certification, closing final account of subcontracts.
- Coordinates and maintains engineering deliverables status register.
- Prepares and maintains variations and claims registers.
- Prepares project internal and external reports in the required format using the project maintained records, information, and the analysis thereof as necessary.
- Establishing project cost centers and allocates costs accordingly.
- Preparing budget and current estimates and monitor any variances.
- Planning and scheduling.
