Chosen candidate will be responsible for leading import and export operations for products / materials in compliance with legal regulations.
- Ensure that documents meet the legal regulations (Certificate of Origin )
- Manage shipping forwards & international shipping lines to deliver merchandise
- Managing third-party customs broker agreements and processes.
- Leading clearance team & resolve all customs & legal documentations issues for outgoing cargos,incoming material & finished goods
Manage with certification parties to issue the inspection certificate
- Act as a focal point with customer service, legal, trade finance teams (internally) & shipping lines, customs, free zones (externally)
- Adhere to company service level of delivery with international & domestic clients
- Align with the trade finance to ensure the acceptance & compliance for all LC’s
- Preparing all the export documents as per LC condition
- Act as liaison between Electrolux and governmental parties for all import and export operation matters.
