-Monthly Accounting, Reporting & MIS
Responsible for monthly reporting on Actual, estimates against budgets.
Submission of monthly financial reports, estimates against budgets to Group involving collection of data from different sites, preparation of several reporting forms and submitting within the timelines.
Create and implement databank on sales and related expenses to facilities MIS process
Inventory and overseas consignment stock reconciliation
Consolidated profitability working for group company
Preparation of various schedules on monthly basis and also for statutory audit.
Responsible for MIS preparation and consolidation of monthly MIS reporting.
Monitoring accounts receivable and payables for the site.
Involve in close monitoring of sales and costs, interacting with various functions and works with them to drive cost reduction initiatives.
Help in internal control and cost control projects
Monitor Capital investment schedule and helping to prepare investment proposals
Bank accounting, Export Sales compilation, gross margin calculation, Debtor accounting and control, Inventory accounting, Monthly reporting, Import booking etc of Export department.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Rolling Plan
Preparing the 5 year plan for the units.
Preparation of Budget and Latest estimates.
Involves interacting with all functions, finalizing detailed revenue and capital budget and finally consolidation of financial budgets and estimates.
Calculation of product costing
Statutory Audit and Taxation
Getting audit of related area from statutory auditors.
Will be a part of audit team involved in audit activities for site & coordinating with auditors. Require to Material Rate working, Quantitative analysis, Inventory valuation, preparation and compilation of Notes to accounts, expense analysis.
