TEAM LEADER PROPERTY ADVISOR

• Ensure the implementation of overall sales, and support strategies of conception Guru • Handling complaints (from both staff and customers) •Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified lead introductions • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals. • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards • Follow up on all clients to maximize sales opportunities using company sales methods • Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization. • Achieve transactions/value targets (Quantitative and Qualitative) • Plan, develop and continuously update the segmenting of locations •Develop and innovate new sales approaches to boost sales
