A well known food additives company in Egypt is currently looking for an operations manager/factory manager to join their team!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsible of production, maintenance, warehousing & procurement activities at IFP Plant
• Manage, organize, motivate and train production staff.
• Responsibility for the performance of the production department.
• To ensure GMP’s and HACCP / ISO standards at site
• Responsibility for a structured and on time production planning and production.
• Responsible for production & labelling as per laid quality standards and products without quality defects.
• Continuously work on the improvement and efficiency of the production
• Preparing budgets and forecasts and responsible for the control of costs and budget in the department.
• Responsible for the policies/training for production staff ensuring procedures and instruction is followed.
• Closely coordinate with related departments as Maintenance, Warehouse, QC, QA, PC, PM.
• Communication with other Operation managers in Orana Group.
• Report to the Group Director and provide necessary information from department on a regular basis.
• Reviewing daily & weekly reports from all your departments under you and preparing monthly and quarterly reports for Board meetings.
