Coordinates between travel agencies, airlines, hotels, banks, benefits providers and the
different concerned employees and departments in the company and handles all corresponding
procedures.
Prepares budgets related to events organizing concerning travel and accommodation
expenses.
Executes the ticketing and hotel reservations for the employees travelling abroad to attend
training courses, conferences, exhibitions and personal vacations.
Provides travel information to employees regarding destinations, transportation,
accommodation options and travel costs.
Negotiates contracts with airlines, travel agencies and benefits providers.
Processes the benefits registration forms and any other applications relevant to the service
provider.
Organizes and attends events including meeting room reservation and its
related logistics
