Call Center Agent

1. Handles a range of routine and non-routine customer calls relating to service and / or advice and ensure compliance with local, corporate, and legal requirements.
2. Handles a variety of customer complaints and/or exceptions including responding to irate customers who have experienced serviced failures/problems, and resolves where possible, making the decision to refer where appropriate.
