An architect / interior designer is involved in the design or renovation of internal and exterior spaces, including structural alterations, furnishings, fixtures and fittings, lighting and color schemes.
1- Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules.
2- Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building, developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
3- Ability to develop architecture and interior concepts, and ability to present them to management.
4- Develop the designs from concept stage to schematic and detailed stages.
5- Render design ideas in form of paste-ups or drawings.
6- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
