Key Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Demonstrates strong customer relationship skills
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key working level customers.
• Continually improve processes to improve efficiency and compliance to company and customer policies, procedures, etc.
• Understand the ability to analyze and identify which customers to target, what criteria to use to select customers, and create business plans to identify customer potential
• Coordinate new product prototype orders, deliveries, invoicing, and delivery status reporting.
• Proven experience of identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels
• Demonstrate strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
• Builds strong relationships within accounts to help identify opportunities for up-selling and new products sales.
• The position of sales Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.
