- Present company products and presentations to suspected clients
- Prospect for new business and expand existing business
- Generate new prospect leads based on the business objectives
- Develop proposals to address customer needs in a variety of areas
- Provide forecast on a quarterly basis on the existing business in the designated territory
- Follow up on open leads with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Update CRM with meeting details and required follow ups
- Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field
- Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met
- Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
- Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
- Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores across different industries
- Direct sales activities form 75% of duties
