Strategic Planning
- Participates in the annual business planning process through providing market insights, analyzing relevant information to formulate the annual objectives.
- Develops sales strategies and sets pricing policies according to continuous monitoring of market changes.
- Sets sales objectives for the team and facilitates the achievement of these objectives in light of company policies.
- Continuously reviews and reports performance against plans.
- Contributes to and adopts customer management processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Business Development
- Identifies and qualifies business leads, securing dialogue with decision makers and defines key opportunities to address.
- Promotes company service offerings to current and prospect clients through preparing proposals and sales pitches.
- Negotiates to close deals maintaining close communication with client and ensuring synchronization between proposed solutions and client requirements.
- Acts as a focal point of contact for key accounts and develops deep understanding of their business needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Operations Management
- Manages sales team activities and performance to continuous achievement of company objectives.
- Closely supervises sales pipeline from development to closure.
- Oversees proposal development ensuring technical and financial competitive response to clients’ needs.
- In collaboration with the other functions, plans resources and budgets. Communicates updates to support in resource planning and allocation.
People Management
- Conducts performance appraisal sessions for his direct report(s) in due time ensuring a timely, efficient and objective Performance Management process.
- Initiates training and development needs for his/her team resulting from performance assessment results, and technical training needs serving the function.
- Provides adequate on-job coaching to subordinates to ensure the quality of work
