- Provide needed information about the company and its projects for the clients.
- Maintains call center database by entering information.
- Answer calls and respond to CRM and emails
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Produce call reports.
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and
