Account Manager

Business Development
- Searches and generates new leads through desk research and on-ground market scanning while ensuring fit with Tawseela target segments.
- Conducts sales presentations with full information about Tawseela services in a structured and professional way.
- Manages own pipeline and keeps track of all sales calls and prospects to be reported regularly.
- Reviews own performance against plans aiming to meet assigned targets.
- Contributes to the improvement of customer management processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Operations
- Generates new sales by conducting sales calls and meetings with clients and maintains long-term relationships.
- Negotiates to close deals maintaining close communication with client and ensuring match between proposed solutions and client requirements.
- Acts as a focal point of contact for his accounts and develops deep understanding of their business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensures timely collection of payments as per contractual payment terms.
- Complies to sales policies and procedures in an appropriate manner and acts professionally to convey company image.
- Attends team meetings for sharing and analyzing market insights, trends and competitor intelligence.
- Collaborates with other functions upon need to improve internal processes and achieve company-wide objectives.
