Real Estate Manager (Red Sea Area)

A.     Unit Planning:
§  Contribute to the development of the annual Unit plan ensuring that
it is aligned with the overall Division plan.
B.      Team Development:
§  Contribute to team planning and development including recruiting,
training and developing staff capabilities to ensure that employees are
equipped with the knowledge and capabilities to achieve the division’s
objectives.
§  Provide on-the-job training to subordinates to ensure that the team
is equipped with the necessary skills and caliber, enabling the Unit to maximize
its performance.
C.      Sales Plan:
§  Manage the implementation of the sales plan for Site development
project to ensure alignment of sales activities to plan.
§  Ensure the achievement of sales targets for the project and plan
for growth to ensure alignment to divisional plans and objectives.
§  Analyze sales performance for the Site development project and
identify high-value initiatives in order to prioritize and plan the sales
activities.
D.     Customer Relationships & Preferences:
§  Maintain close relationships with prospect customers, in
coordination with senior THE COMPANY personnel, in order to ensure acquisition
of target customer groups.
§  Monitor customer preferences in order to determine the focus of
sales efforts.
§  Investigate sales problems for the Site development project and act
as a focal point with customers to ensure that they are satisfied.
E.      Market Research:
§  Carry out market research and forecast sales for the future to
ensure informed decision making and plan/target setting.
F.      Sales Agents:
§  Advise on on-site implant sales activities related to sales
policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of THE
COMPANY.
§  Coordinate with and develop direct and indirect sales channels for
the sale of land plots in the Site development.
G.     Sales Coordination:
§  Manage the sales funnel for the Site development project and
provide regular sales statistics reports to management.
§  Coordinate with the marketing and business development units to
select the best times, locations, and events for project launch and contribute
to the launch campaigns to maximize the impact.
§  Coordinate with the business development team to develop an
understanding of the economic climate and the developer ROIs achievable for the
various land plots for the Site development project to direct sales efforts
accordingly.
§   In conjunction with
Marketing, coordinate with Planning and other departments to ensure they
provide sales support materials as required by the potential customer in
relation to plot attributes, expected economic return, or any other information
that may help the potential customer reach a positive decision.
§  Ensure sales targets are met and are within targeted timeframe to
ensure alignment of actual sales to overall targets.
H.     Market  Intelligence
Assurance:
§  Follow up on feedback from sales agents and communicate with the
marketing team to ensure continued refinement of the value proposition, product
definition and marketing collateral.
I.       External Representation:
§  Represent THE COMPANY at external meetings regarding Site to
promote offerings and create brand awareness.
Participate
in marketing events to promote Site and identify customer interests to achieve
a mutually rewarding relationship between THE COMPANY and its customers.
