1. Create, maintain & ensure all employees SAP records are accurate & updated
2. Calculate payrolls, including standard deductions and taxes and/or prepares payroll data for machine processing, often against due deadline
3. Post & control salaries & wages cost over SAP, then report on budget performance by dept. & region.
4. Prepare all required monthly financial closing.. e.g. monthly accruals, amortizations
5. Prepare monthly reports.
6. Resolve & answers all routine payroll issues & inquires
7. Assist in preparing yearly man power plan & budget
8. Monitor & Manage all Staff loans & deductions
9. Prepare Employee bank letters
