Our client, a well known name in the consumer goods industry, is looking to hire a seasoned Senior Sales Manager for the General Trade channel.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager will be accountable for the key markets - Delta and Alexandria regions.
Will have full ownership on developing business plans and sales strategy for the regions leading to assured growth in volumes.
Transforming the Route-To-Market strategies by tailoring the same to region-specific ones ensuring optimum coverage.
Be the custodian of the sales capability agenda while being the key point of reference for all the operation related activities within the regions.
Updating the senior management on a regular basis on the progress of the region along with recommendations to improve and modify sales strategies.
