Secretary

- Answering and making phone calls, sending emails, receive and deliver faxes,
- Co-ordinate the manager appointments, conferences and meetings.
- Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
- Perform searches and submit the result report to GM & CEO
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents in Arabic and English. Including type confidential documents on a word processing system
- Organize paperwork and files
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of clerical staff.
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Prepare employees monthly attendance report.
- Performs related work as assigned
- Responsible for the employee's attendance, vacations, approvals, deductions and their monthly reports.
