Recruitment Specialist

Role Purpose:
To manage the recruitment cycle as per the yearly manpower plan.
Accountabilities:
Manage the entire recruitment cycle with a view to hire and attract the best available manpower sources.
Coordinate with departments for the annual manpower plan and budget.
Receive and record job vacancy information from departments, including details such as
duties involved, working conditions, hours, pay, any experience needed and training that is available.
Check vacancy requisitions for policy and budget compliance
Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns
Ensure timely and quality recruitment methods to conduct interviews with job seekers and prepare
shortlists of candidates
Check references and suitability of applicants before interview.
Manage and ensure arrangement of interviews with departments for applicants.
Discuss recruitment policies with superiors to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs.
Propose and implement recruitment campaigns to meet company goals.
Liaise with departments to ascertain and provide manpower for outsourced jobs. 
Be the company spokesperson during annual recruitment forums in institutes and universities.
