Sales Unit Manager (Traditional Trade)

1. Have complete responsibility for volume development and customer service delivery for Modern Trade accounts.
2. Participates in negotiating CDAs within Company’s policies & approved budgets.
3. Ensure that all CDAs are properly executed to achieve the agreed business plans & targets.
4. Maintain a physical presence in the field on a daily basis to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements.
5. Present a promotion calendar on a quarterly basis to the Modern Trade Manager as per CD guidelines
6. Manage stock levels per account to ensure continuous availability
7. Monitor daily settlement and collection of payment.
8. Play a leading role in the Modern Trade Team in order to reach organization's goals in this channel
9. Communicate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Warehouse and Quality department to follow up and solve problems when exists.
10. Provide ongoing coaching to all account managers within the unit to ensure that they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
11. Monitor and lead all collection process and ensure it's done with the right amount in the right time.
