Position
To be in charge of the Specification and Sales of Gerflor Contract, Sport and SPM ranges in the targeted market sectors such as:
Health Care- Medical
Education
Retail Chain Stores
Industry
Hospitality
Sport
In the territory of Egypt.
SCOPE
To manage a yearly turnover from 3,000,000L.E to 12,000,000
The job position will be based in Cairo, EGYPT (Home Office)
REPORTING
 You will report to the company sales manager who reports to Gerflor Middle-East and Africa Sales Director.
 Your duties will lead you to be in contact with the various departments of the company, of which, mainly: Customer service Departments, Communication & Marketing Departments, Technical Assistance Departments and sales department.

MAIN DUTIES

 To achieve sales budgeted for the territory of Egypt.
 To implement company pricing policy.
 To budget, plan and report on sales activity and development.
 To support, the existing TRADELINK Sub distributors those working for GERFLOR products in Egypt.
 To study the market environment and potentials (competition, potential, key players, etc.)
 To analyse present commercial strategy of Gerflor on the Market and elaborate recommendations towards better growth, profitability and sustainability of the business..
 To promote the company‘s products by calling on Appointed flooring contractors and End users.
 To promote and achieve specification of Gerflor Commercial products by calling on Specifiers such as Architects, Interior Designers, Health Authorities, Local Authorities, Builders, Quantity Surveyors, i.e any person or company that may be involved in the specification of a floor finish.
 To identify and develop the historical (healthcare, education) and new (retail, offices, industry, hospitality) market segment opportunities.
 To follow the key performance indicator standard in Gerflor like number of meeting per week (16-20)
 To organize “lunch and learn” sessions with specifiers (architects, consultants, etc.).
 To keep precise records, on a weekly and monthly basis, of significant projects in the territory concerning targeted market sectors.
 To implement GERFLOR practice concerning project tracking (Gerflor CRM). To meet management targets and keep the project pipeline and accounts database regularly updated on the CRM. The use the CRM as a tool to organize current and prospective work.
 To participate actively in TRADELINK’s trade shows where Gerflor/ our distributor exhibits as well as in road shows.
 To provide market intelligence concerning Competition, Distribution, Product trends, Standards, etc…
 To suggest ideas to contribute to the product range development.
 To inspect, when necessary, complaints on behalf of the company.
