* Assist in formulating urban planning policies and program ensuring that itincorporates all features of the master plan and meets with the company’svision and objectives.
* Implement the urban planning program, ensuring it follows the planning anddesign strategy and the overall project vision of the company.
* Coordinate work that is related to urban planning, with the planningconsultants and architects, during the formulation of plans and the design ofinfrastructure.
* Prepare all planning, design and technical documentation required, includingthat required to procure any necessary regulatory and government agencyapprovals, permits and licenses for THE COMPANY projects and activities.
* Handle all field investigations, surveys, impact studies or other research inorder to analyze data on all factors affecting land use and submit reports tomanagement.
* Review and evaluate environmental impact reports pertaining to the planningprojects in order to ensure that the company abides to all relevant rules andregulations.
* Administer the search, initiation of contact and short listing process oftechnical consultants, contractors, subcontractors and other vendors to gain adeeper understanding of their delivery capabilities.
