• Bachelor’s Degree in Farming Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years relevant work experience
• Must have 5 - 8 years of experience working in a Senior Management role in the farming
• Should have managed Operations for a company of 100 - 150 people
• Ideally experience within launching and starting new projects
• Flexible to travel between head office and farm across Egypt
• Under 50 years old
