2. Job Responsibilities :
• - Assessing product specifications and customer requirements
• - Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
• - Collating and analyzing performance data against defined parameters
• - Ensure compliance with all quality programs, including GMP.
• - Discuss the all problems happened the day before and what corrective actions taken and if there were effective or not in morning meeting.
• - Reviewing and assessing appropriateness of document changes in accordance with internal procedures
• - Reviewing and assessing change control, validation and qualification documents
• - Contributing to CAPA and NCR System, including reviewing adequacy of root cause, corrections, corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness- Reviewing and owning CAPA records
- Developing and implementing quality system processes from a site level perspective.
- Being engaged in maintaining the calibration requirements and the distribution of all measuring equipment.
- Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
