a Customer Service Executive who is proactive,
customer-focused, customer implementation and support
specialist who can contribute to our Company vision.
He/She will:
- answering customer inquiries or passing them on to another
department
- Giving information and helping to solve problems
- Handling complaints and passing them on to a manager if
required
- Entering customer information onto a computer database
