Sales Unit Manager - Juhayna Food Industries


Main Responsibilities and Duties
-
Responsible for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of business plans to deliver.

-
Works frequently with Supervisors & Sales Reps (at all levels of the trade) to understand/ fulfill customer’s needs.

-
Takes a proactive leadership role in selling to customers; anticipating and resolving emerging problems.

-
Provide timely and accurate communication between field, distribution and accounting.
Analyzes on a monthly basis the unit results, action plans, and update RSM with progress through a monthly report.

-
Provides ongoing coaching to all supervisors within the unit and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.

-
Reports competitive activities to the Regional Sales Manager as and when it happens.
Trains, develops the sales team to raise the managerial skill standards to set them ready for promotion.

Puts in place the optimal unit structure that leads to best productivity results

Ensures annual evaluations are conducted at 100% of Supervisors & Sales Reps.
Establishes the team spirit by leading by example and motivating people.
