UGEI is now seeking to recruit a full-time Project Manager in Cairo. The main purpose of the position is to Key player in the Projects team of the company. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering measurable support for company’s current clients to ensure successful delivery of their projects. They will also work with clients’ team to generate market opportunities in this sectors, encourage such companies to generate more sales from ancillary products and services. The successful candidate will be a key member of the UGEI Project’s team in Egypt. We are looking for a committed individual willing and passionate about generating more revenue to the company. Generate good relations with our customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Agreeing project objectives with clients and project team
• Providing advice on the management of projects
• Organising the various professional people working on a project
• Making sure that all the goals of the project are met
• Making sure the quality standards are met for delivery while ensuring a safe project environment.
• Update project progress with management on daily basis
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Depending on the project, responsibilities can cover all aspects of a project from the beginning stages through to completion.
• Responsible for Assisting the Projects Manager to identify, qualify and respond to business opportunities
• Responsibility for collecting the technical elements of proposals
• Capture customer requirements and articulate our proposition to solve customer’s immediate problem. Represent the company in technical presentations, client meetings, workshops etc.
• Work with UGEI partners or other experts to analyse clients’ requirements and propose solutions.
• Carryout Operation Testing with client’s equipment, conduct demonstrations and trials on client site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client-side.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities in co-ordination with Projects Manager.
