Technical Engineer
Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
Study the project Tenders and Documents and prepare offers and proposals for new tenders.
Main task is preparing shop drawing for residential and commercial project (apartments -villas )
Review shop drawing details.
Coordinate between Technical office And Site work.
prepare the project time schedule and follow up progress at site.
Prepare and update shop drawings log before sending to consultant for approvals.
Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction
