We would consider a candidate that has a proven track record of managing large international airports terminals, or, as a minimum large regional shopping malls for at least 5/6 years
We want to employ a person who understands the relationship between labour and cleaning machine techniques. Who has real tangible experience with utilising labour and equipment in the right ratios, and who understands what equipment to use where
Understands cleaning chemicals, its use and how to extract the most efficient use from the products.
Work with us in the use of demineralised water in conjunction with applying some environmental strategies to reduce our impact on the environment
Has a solid understanding of how janitorial (cleaning techniques) should be taught as a basic induction program, and how this training should be followed up on site with the contract specific training to complete the cleaners training, in line with the service level agreements concluded with the client.
Well-balanced experienced manager with excellent leadership skills, a good mentor of cleaning teams employed on large cleaning contracts.
