1. Responsible for receiving monthly production plan and follow up with the implementation process
2. . Receiving daily quantity reports from all branches to prepare distribution plan for all products according to shipment plan
3. Create sales orders based on stock availability.
4. Received sales reports from branches to settle targets ratio.
5. Receive warehouse reports to verify the available final product for distribution.
6. Cascading distribution plan after reviewing according to branches needs and warehouses available spaces
7. Making sure of the distribute plan and compare it with standard plan.
8. Send distributing plan to all branches and fleet & security & factory’s warehouse departments and prepare shipping vehicles
9. Sending daily reports to top management including (daily operations, Shipping, Sales, inventory).
10. Insure the scanning process working properly.
11. Receive all the warehouses complaints to send it to quality department and top management to investigate.
12. Any other requirements requested by the direct manager
