- segregate and take copies of all shipping documents received on daily basis
- Enclose copy of document tracking with each set of documents
- Update the company's article number on vendor invoice for easier reconciliation
- Match the actual volume per article Vs PO volume
- Create inbound delivery and print all documents required by customs
- Link the inbound delivery to the shipment to monitor the shipment track
- Deliver the original documents to freight sections and copies to related departments
- Update the shipment information of a log for future reference
- Control the RTI process to ensure the record of any overage stock
- Print shortage and damage report after the shipment completely received and enclose it with shipping document.
- Reconcile the RTI Vs the shortage report to ensure record of correct information
- Follow up with procurement team to ensure on time PO creation to speed up the warehouse receiving process
- Create a special inbound delivery for RTI to post the excess quantity
- Initiate and follow up the shortage and damage claims with ACE
- Send the shipping documents to finance for posting
- To prepare a log for the documents deliver to finance and email confirmation
- Receive the invoice from local suppliers
- Reconcile the invoice Vs actual GRN
- Park all invoices on system
