1- Lead on generating additional income streams and revenue growth from GCC market. Prepare and produce compelling bids and tenders, securing contracts to enable the company to achieve its business growth and development strategies. Provide direction, management and support in pursuance and winning of contracts to meet annual sales targets.
2- Marketing and sales Management regionally for all countries (Egypt, Lebanon, KSA, Oman..etc)
Main Responsibilities:
Increase the company’s competitive position by seeking out, managing and negotiating lucrative income streams. Understand tender requirements and market developments and use this to interpret the themes for successful bid and commercial opportunities to support the achievement of projected growth targets. Lead on the research, analysis, interpretation and evaluation of these business opportunities and produce relevant, timely reports and management information for the consideration of the senior management team. Lead on the compilation and completion of persuasive documentation (eg bids, tenders, presentations, preparation of business cases) to maximize the chances of success. Use professional writing skills to develop compelling copy. Draw together required relevant strategic information, business and sector strategies, unique selling points and operational performance data to develop these opportunities. Work with colleagues to develop proposals, support bidding activity, monitor and report on progress. Ensure bid documents are completed to deadline and they are of consistent quality. Monitor market conditions and report back on opportunities and competitor intelligence. Support the effective knowledge management process and the information required in support of the various stages of the bidding and commercial arrangements. Prepare departmental budget.
