•Demonstrate strong understanding of structure/property relationships.
•Test the regular supply of raw materials like extenders, binders, pigments and thickeners used in Paints.
•Evaluate the new raw material like pigments, extenders, additives and Solvents as an alternate to the existing ones.
•Finished Good Evaluation of Semi - Finish and Finished paints.
•Should be able to work independently to carry out the R & D project work.
•Supervise laboratory activities in collecting quality related data along with the maintenance of the Laboratory equipment.
