1. Ensures that only RM and PM that are within the standard specification are released from QA within the acceptable time frame.
2. Responsible for ensuring that the necessary checks are done by the Line quality inspector.
3. Inspects FG and that FG are being produced according to the specifications
4. Keeps his working area clean by implementing the applicable clean and hygiene procedures.
5. Responsible for conducting required lab analyses to release PM and RM.
6. Documentation.
People Development
1. Train samplers in order to fill the gap in the absence of any member.
Planning & Execution 1. Conducts the lab analysis necessary for qualifying new RM’s and PM’s.
2. Conducts functional and internal calibration of lab equipments such as pH meter, weighing scale, viscometer
3. Ensures that the product documents are completely, correctly and legibly filled in. Also responsible for storing and archiving of documents in the documents archive room.
4. Preparation, monitoring and storing of Retention samples.
5. Responsible for testing market sample to validate market complaints.
