We are looking for customer service executive who will Act as a frontline interface with customers of the Company. The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a global customer service standard. And to Provide High customers with a great experience through a proactive, customized, personalized relationship mainly via phone contact. To manage their assigned/ dedicated accounts, addressing their issues proactively, maintaining/ increasing revenue, and minimizing churn.
