sales supervisor ( Lab diagnostics )

GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
Develops and maintains business relationships with existing and potential customers to meet sales objectives through sales team within specified territory.
Plan, direct and implement company strategies to maximize sales volume at minimum cost and increase market share for all products in assigned territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure sales goals/forecasting/budget objectives are met through implementation of performance objectives, funnel management, programs, policies and key messages.
Coordinate, implement and conduct sales presentations and negotiations
Provides strategic and technical planning to aggressively manage the territory; assure adequate sales, monitor promotions and provide after the sale reporting
Recruit, retain and develop results driven sales force - top grade when necessary
Coach sales reps in product sales
Make field sales calls with reps to ensure increase in market share
