Developing Safety Management Policies
- Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees, this involves assessing the nature of business activities, number of employees and existing policies.
-
Integrate the HSE Management System with the Global Operating System to change behaviors and processes to continually improve competitiveness.
-
Demonstrate leadership and technical expertise to achieve long range strategies of an effective HSE Management System
-
Meet the Environmental Laws and all requirements

Coordinating Training Programs
-
Maintain continually an appropriate level of awareness, guidance, coaching, communication, learning, development, knowledge and preparedness across the organization, and coordinate training programs for employees.

Investigating Workplace Incidents
-
Investigate incidents, establishes the causes and recommends preventive action against a recurrence.
-
Ensure that workplace tools and equipment meet industry standards and installed properly, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

Preparing Reports
-
Prepare monthly reports and makes presentations to senior Management.
-
Lead the overall HSE activities to achieve site wide goals for regulatory compliances, accident rate reduction, environmental waste reduction targets, cost effective compliance and continuous improvement.
