- We are looking for an IT & Network manager to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure
- You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives.
JOB LOCATION: MANSOURA
Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Working with all departments within an organization in an effort to ensure that the overall system functions to its maximum potential.
- Maintenance of records on installation, repair, and replacement of parts and equipment.
Configure and install various network devices and services.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
