To deal with all HR functions including job analysis, recruitment & selection, induction / orientation, co-ordination in training & development etc. The candidate should be able to provide assistance to the senior management in compensation managment, performance managment, grievance handling and other areas. Experience of dealing with the unions will be preferred. The candidates should have the experience of managment of General/Admin services as well. Some experience of Security Managment will be considered as added advantage.
