- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.
- Approach new sources for potential candidates; receive CVs, screen them and short-listing suitable candidates to meet the criteria of the required job vacancy.
- Organize interviews for short-listed applicants, including arranging the interview date, panel rooms
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Send regret and pending letters for the rejected and pending candidates
- Maintain and develop a solid application database and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility
- Prepare weekly statistical reports about the quality of Recruitment.
