For a Small and Medium-size Enterprise (250 pers.) based in Egypt belonging to an industrial worldwide recognized group, specialized in the transformation of steel, we look for a Responsible of Manufacturing shop.
Directly connected with the CEO, you are responsible for the production, made up of about fifty machines and more than 100 people, for local and international customers.
Your main missions:
- Managing a supervision team (Resp method, Resp. maintenance, supervisors etc.)
- Insure the smooth running and the piloting of the production of the company (human and technical management) to respect the constraints of deadlines, quantities, qualities, costs.
- Manage to the everyday life of the workshop and plan the future, by proposing new solutions with the aim of optimizing the production and making the organization of your service progress.
- Work in close collaboration with the "Supply Chain" department and other counterparts (managers, financial, HR, Sales).
- Guarantee the respect for safety regulations and for existing standards.
